The Herball crafted extraordinary beverage and service experiences for the opening of Nekajui, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, seamlessly blending exclusivity with Costa Rica’s pristine natural beauty. From an exclusive seed-to-cup specialty coffee program to an integrated spa ritual menu, every detail was designed to elevate the senses. A state-of-the-art drinks lab drives zero-waste, circular beverage programming across the property, embodying innovation and sustainability. Rooted in botanical alchemy and sensory storytelling, The Herball redefined luxury hospitality through a deeply immersive and nature-inspired approach.

The St. Regis Aruba

The Herball collaborated with The St. Regis Aruba Resort to design signature beverage experiences that embody the island’s natural beauty and cultural heritage. Beyond crafting drinks, our scope also included staff training, beverage consulting across four distinct concepts, and providing expert guidance for the resort’s opening. Through a deep connection to local ingredients and traditions, The Herball ensured an authentic and elevated beverage program for St. Regis Aruba.
