Her expertise spans operations and fine dining, having worked at the highest level in Michelin-starred establishments worldwide. Eva has also played a key role in developing restaurant concepts across the globe, bringing a strategic and creative approach to each project.

Maxim was crowned global champion of the Beefeater MIXLDN 7 bartender competition, his bars consistently rank in the top 20 of the Worlds 50 Best Bars and he is the current GQ bartender of the year.

Maxim is driving drinks development and education for The Herball, with a focus on truly understanding ingredients and sustainably extracting and integrating locally sourced plants & produce to create beautiful rituals and experiences around drink.Maxim is also a Co-founder and Creative Director of HERB ALL Drinks.

Brad DeBoy is a Michelin-starred chef and fermentation expert with over 20 years of distinguished experience in the hospitality industry. His extensive expertise spans diverse cuisine styles and operational formats, including fast casual, catering, hotels, banquets, fine dining, and quick service. Known for his creativity and precision, Brad has pioneered advanced culinary programs such as dryaging, pasta, bakery, and pizza initiatives, while also excelling in streamlining operations for businesses of all sizes.

Rita Juarez is a Spanish-born NYC-resident creative director, designer and entrepreneur, with a career that spans within the worlds of contemporary art, luxury brands and high-end hospitality.

She holds a MA in Applied Imagination from the prestigious university Central Saint Martins in London, as well as two BA’s in creative direction and art history. After more than a decade working in the creative industries for private art institutions, premium brands and top tier creative agencies, she has honed a very particular and curational eye for aesthetics, specialising in brand storytelling and product ideation.

Some of the clients and brands she has worked with are Delpozo, CELINE, Craig Green, Ralph&Russo, NOBU, The Ritz-Carlton, Chef Jose Andres, March Foundation, Museo Thyssen-Bornemisza and MUSAC; with work featured in press mediums such as Vogue, New York Times, The Modern House, Bloomberg, Highsnobiety, and Hypebeast.

Osamah is one of the Middle Easts leading coffee experts and educators, working with The Herball to develop and create speciality coffee coffee concepts throughout the GCC. Osamah established The Roasting House in Riyadh in in 2013 to set the benchmark in a virtually greenfield and non existent specialty coffee roasting market in Saudi Arabia.

Osamah travels and works directly with coffee growers throughout the world, carefully sourcing the finest coffees from his network and roasting it at their state of the art facility in Riyadh according to best practices.

Osamah has developed coffee concepts and training programmes with The Herball for the likes of Bvlgari Dubai, Bab Samhan Luxury Collection, The Ritz-Carlton Riyadh and Jeddah.

Ilias El Mezouari is a graphic designer and typographer known for blending artistry with technical expertise to create immersive visual narratives. He holds a Master’s degree in Graphic Design from ÉSAV Marrakech and is the founder of Studio Rassm, a creative studio operating between Casablanca and Marrakech since 2017.

His expertise spans visual identity, Arabic and Latin type design, motion graphics, and editorial projects, all crafted with a keen eye for aesthetics, functionality, and storytelling. At The Herball, he leads the design aspects for the Middle Eastern region, bringing his immense talent in Arabic type design to shape the visual identity and brand storytelling of the consultancy.

In addition to his design work, he teaches typography, sharing his passion for creativity and cultural expression. Rooted in thoughtful craftsmanship and innovation, his approach ensures that every project—whether branding, print, or digital—transforms communication into a sensory, impactful experience.
