Renowned for his work as bar manager at KOL Mezcaleria, The Ritz Carlton Macau and as head bartender at the American Bar at the Savoy Hotel London.
Maxim was crowned global champion of the Beefeater MIXLDN 7 bartender competition, his bars consistently rank in the top 20 of the Worlds 50 Best Bars and he is the current GQ bartender of the year.
Maxim is driving drinks development and education for The Herball, with a focus on truly understanding ingredients and sustainably extracting and integrating locally sourced plants & produce to create beautiful rituals and experiences around drink.

Maxim is also a Co-founder and Creative Director of HERB ALL Drinks.
